Massage Therapy
At Synergy Wellness Center all massage therapists are state registered massage therapists and practice with years of experience in this healing profession. All therapists can provide Swedish and deep-tissue massage, as well a variety of individual techniques they are trained in. If you are looking for a specific c technique please let us know so that we can match you with the appropriate therapist. In a massage session please let your therapist know at any point if you need an increase or decrease in pressure, if the room is warm enough for you, and if you need adjustments to be made in any way that would make you more comfortable. Please remember that to make this a truly remarkable and healing experience your feedback is very important. In a session you can expect your therapist to use their knowledge and experience to help normalize and improve muscle tone, promote relaxation, increase the rate of removal of metabolic waste, improve circulation, and have a positive effect on the subtle interactions between organs and all systems in the body. Massage Rates All prices reflect a 20% discount for payment on the same day of service.
- 15 Minute: $20.00
- This massage is performed in a massage chair and the client remains fully clothed. This treatment includes trigger point therapy, and many invigorating, stress busting techniques, great for before or after a chiropractic or acupuncture treatment. For that busy individual who needs quick and effective relief.
- 30 Minute: $40.00
- This amount of time allows for a specific area of focus, which for most will be a back, neck and shoulder massage. For some this is an excellent opportunity for an introductory table session where the client remains fully clothed and can receive a scalp, face, hand and foot massage.
- 45 Minute: $50.00
- This allows for a very brief full body massage, or a more specific and focused massage on a specific c area. This is a great amount of time to add feet and scalp to a back and neck massage.
- 1 Hour: $65.00
- This is the perfect amount of time for a full body massage, and our most popular choice.
- 1 1/4 Hours: $80.00
- Time is allowed for problem areas and a full body massage. Great for anyone who has trouble unwinding.
- 1 1/2 Hours: $90.00
- Decadent and extremely relaxing. Most veteran massage recipients choose this amount of time because it allows for total relaxation, several problem areas to receive specific focus, and a very complete full body massage.

Doctor Supervised Massage Therapy
Our Doctor supervised massage therapy program has been created for individuals who have specific problems they would like to correct with the use of massage therapy. It includes an initial consultation and exam with your doctor, where he can help determine if you need relief or corrective care and set up a treatment plan for you utilizing massage therapy. With this program you will receive follow-up re-exams on a scheduled basis to determine your progress, and your doctor will instruct your massage therapist as to how to best treat your symptoms and help you achieve optimal health.
La Stone Therapy
90 minutes: $110.00
La Stone Therapy is the application of thermotherapy (hot and cold therapy) applied with heat retaining black basalt stones, and cold white marble stones. As well as utilizing the healing properties of thermotherapy, La Stone connects the client to the Mother Earth, creating a sense of great harmony, well being, and groundedness. In our fast paced society where we spend much of our time indoors oftentimes even exercising in gyms or our own homes, we can lose that feeling of connectedness with the Earth and elements. What we intend to re-create in la stone sessions is the feeling a child has when they lie in the grass and look at the sky. We hope to instill a feeling of being connected, protected and sheltered by the earth. La Stone therapy goes beyond the physical experience of typical massage, and enters deeper dimensions of relaxation, health and well being.
Raindrop Therapy
90 Minutes: $110.00
Raindrop Therapy is a technique developed by D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils. It is based on a Lakota ceremony honoring the Northern lights. In this ancient ceremony the Indians would use feathers on the spine to simulate the feeling of the stars touching and blessing them. After research into how different plants and their essential oils affected the spine Young chose 10 oils to be applied to the spine and bottoms of the feet to redirect structural and electrical alignment. These oils used with particular massage techniques and strokes create this beautiful and cleansing treatment. In my practice of Raindrop therapy I include a full body massage, as well as various energy techniques. It is truly a heavenly experience.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is like deep tissue massage; the main difference is that the client is often actively involved in the session. Sports massage focuses on specific areas of the body utilizing joint mobilization, active and passive stretching, cross fiber and trigger point to promote rapid recovery from injuries and over use or straining of specific muscle groups. Muscles are restored to an optimum state of relaxation and flexibility. Sports Massage can be used for pre-event warm ups and performance improvements. In post-event it greatly improves recovery time. Sports massage is good for anyone who lives an active lifestyle.
Pre-Natal Massage Therapy
Massage can be so good for an expecting mother. Many changes occur during pregnancy sometimes resulting in low back or shoulder pain, stress on organs and body systems, hormonal fluctuation, mood swings, morning sickness, or many other symptoms. Massage can address specific problems and help relieve stress on the mother and baby. It is recommended to begin massage care in the second trimester. Please provide written permission from your doctor or midwife before receiving your first pregnancy massage.
Infant Massage
Infant massage training service is provided as an outcall to your home where your teacher will go over eastern and western techniques for infant massage with parents and care givers. It will take approximately one hour and will also include some helpful baby product suggestions, attachment-parenting techniques, baby yoga, and sound healing techniques. Infant massage can be helpful for a variety of physical and emotional problems new humans may experience. Abby supports parents in sharing the joy of massage with their families.
Child Massage
In a massage sessions for children less pressure is applied and more dialogue is used than in a typical massage session. As children have very sensitive and growing bodies they require different care. Massage is great for treating childhood stresses such as nightmares, and insomnia, digestive and respiratory problems, as well as to help them recover from injuries, and treat body pain. It is recommended that a child starts with a 15-minute session and is required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Reiki
60-75 Minutes: $75.00
Reiki literally means universal love, life force energy. It is a Japanese healing art for balancing the vital energies of all life. In a Reiki session, the client will remain fully clothed while the practitioner places his/her hands over the body allowing the Reiki to fl ow through to the client. Reiki is an excellent treatment for opening up energy blockages whether they are emotional, physical, mental or spiritual. It also restores harmony and balance to the body, allowing the body to heal itself.
Body Exfoliation Treatment
30 Minutes: $40.00, added to a massage: $30.00
In a body exfoliation you can choose between a wet massage with loofah gloves and a cleanser followed by warm towels, or a dry brushing of the whole body. This treatment leaves your skin soft and smooth and removes dead and dry skin. When done alone it is finished with a full body application of moisturizing lotion.
On-site Corporate Chair Massage
$75.00/per hour
Our on-site Corporate Chair massage program includes a massage therapist who will bring a massage chair and necessary supplies to your office and give massages to your staff at 10-minute intervals. A therapist can complete 5-6 massages in one hour and provide an added benefit to their workday. Studies have shown that companies who offer chair massage have a higher attendance rating and work ethic from their employees. It is a great health benefit for all groups of people, and we also take reservations for parties and other events.
Cranio Sacral Therapy
A session utilizing CST is performed on a person fully clothed. Using a light touch the practitioner will monitor the rhythm of the craniosacral system to detect potential restrictions and imbalances. This technique is had been extremely successful with migraines/headaches, chronic back and neck pain, fi bromyalgia, motor coordination impairments, chronic fatigue, emotional and learning disabilities, jaw problems, post traumatic stress disorder, and many other conditions. Tui Na, Trigger point Therapy, and Acupressure
Tui Na is an ancient oriental massage technique which uses 18 different massage techniques to stimulate the fl ow of energy and circulation removing interference and promoting healing. Techniques include muscle stretching and pressing, traction, shaking and rotation of joints and many other movements. It is an excellent form of therapy for recovery from injuries and also helps relieve chronic pain or stress. Trigger point therapy and acupressure can be applied during a massage session to treat specific knots, and meridians of the body to help heal specific problems.
